We co-operate with civil society partners who are committed to democracy, peace and sustainable, ecological development.

We offer the opportunity to work with us at the Um-Welthaus Aalen and Berlin Office. We are involved in global learning, peace education and in refugee work.
In our international team with our incoming volunteers from the partner countries, the volunteers work with various local project partners and develop their own projects and activities. Here you can find some selected project partners:
The volunteers are living together in a volunteer-flat and share cooking, cleaning and daily live. We make excursions together in South Germany and learn about German history and society. You have to start learning German before you come and deepen it, when you are here.

We offer the opportunity to do an internship with us, e.g. before or during your studies or as part of a European exchange program, Cross Culture Programme or within other programs.
At Cross Culture Programme you can name us as a partner organization and clarify your goals and activities with us. The aim of the CrossCulture program is to strengthen civil society networks between Germany and the world in the long term and to gain experience with partners in Germany. For a scholarship, the application must be made directly to the program.
