    We participate in the Initiative of a transparent Civil Society and undertake to make the following ten pieces of information available to the public and to keep them up to date.

    We have founded as a non-profit association - in the year 2007 - and are in the cooperative register in Ulm under Reg.Nr. 720025.

    2.2. Our mission statement and goals are described under the menu item "Mission Statement".

    2.3. Main topics:
    We are active in the following areas:

    •      Offers for schools and civil society on global learning and peace building
    • Further training, in particular on civil conflict management for educators and internationally for civil society in crisis regions
    •  Voluntary services (weltwärts, BFD) in Eastern Europe and in Germany
    • Projects on integration, violence prevention and global learning  

      

    3. Information on tax privileges and examination by the cooperative association
    The cooperative is recognized as a non-profit and charitable organization and, according to the most recent exemption notice from the Aalen tax office, is exempt from corporate income tax.

    We are a member of the cooperative and auditing association in Dessau "Auditing Association of German Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperatives e.V." and are regularly audited by them.

    4. Names and positions of key decision-makers
    The decisive body is the at least annual general assembly of the cooperative, in which all members are represented with one vote. They elect the Executive Board, which usually consists of two people, and the representative of the Supervisory Board. The current members can be found under "Contact"

    6. Personnel structure

    7. Source of Funds Disclosures

    Information on the source of funds can be found in our annual reports. As a cooperative, we are also obliged to publish our balance sheet in the Federal Gazette (search term: act for transformation).

    8. Information on the use of funds

    As a non-profit cooperative, we use all our funds exclusively for the statutory use of our work. You can also read the information on the use of funds in the current annual report.

    9. Corporate Affiliates with Third Parties

    Act for transformation is a non-profit cooperative in which every member has equal voting rights. There are currently no legal entities involved in the cooperative. We are a member of various networks and cooperate with organizations that pursue goals similar to ours. You can find the list under References: Cooperation partners

    10. names of legal entities,

    whose annual payments account for more than 10% of the total annual budget. The cooperative is mainly financed by public and private grants

          BMZ (Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation) via Engagement Global, Federal Foreign Office and state funds via SEZ (Foundation for Development Cooperation)
         as well as church funds (Brot für die Welt, Kath. Fond and Quaker-Hilfe e.V.) and various foundations (Aktion Mensch, Stiftung Mitarbeit, etc.)

    So far, there have not been any individual donations that make up more than 10% of the total annual income.
